Volkswagens’ Tribulations

Despite enjoying record sales and profits, it is not all rosy for German automakers, Volkswagen. Bentley and Lamborghini car models continue to record poor sales spoiling the party for the German company.

VW said that despite having had one of the best years in terms of car sales and profits, Lamborghini and Bentley continue to post poor results. Chris Liddell is set to leave GM

Reports say that General Motors finance chief Mr. Chris Liddell is set to leave the company. The 52 year old has a had a very short stint at GM having only joined last year.  The former Microsoft employee is set to depart officially on April 4 bringing to an end a wonderful albeit short career at GM.

Liddell will be remembered for guiding the company through a record $23 billion IPO in the month of November last year. GM’s financial vice president and treasurer Mr. Morgan Stanley has already been lined up for the post that falls vacant in April.
